I love your mission, I am coeliac, diagnosed in 2009 with very positive antibodies to gliadine and a very positive gastroscopy, and since I am on a strict traditional gluten free diet. The last symptoms appeared, which were gastrointestinal problems, went away in 2 weeks on the diet. BUT the first symptom appeared in 2003, is still with me today and it gets worse! I have pain expecially in the right part of my body, in the groin, kind of neurological strange random pain, that any European doctor failed to define and cure (I lived in many EU countries). I saw a lot of different specialists, I did every exam was possible, several IRMs, RX, ecograpy, infiltrations, blood tests, electromyography, etc. The doctors said that I am super healthy! How it can be if I am in pain since 2003? I am on a real gluten free diet now, let's see if the miracle happens :) I have kind of exemplary life style, very good nutrition since my childhood (mum is a nutritionist), exercise, etc. I am an ex dancer and a dance teacher. Thank you for your job. (In Italie is 20 parts/million, I think also in France, Luxembourg and probably also in Grait Britain. In addition in GB oats is considered GF, and when I lived there my neurological pain got worse because sometimes I ate it)
