Gluten Free Almonds Cookies in 25 minutes/ Easy recipe/Perfect holidays and Christmas treat

If you love almond desserts, you’ll love these Almond Cookies made with almond flour, almond extract, and sliced almonds! They are easy to make, FULL of flavor and are sure to be a family fav in no time.

Ingredients:
2 egg whites+1 (for coating)
1/8 tsp salt-3 g
2 cups almond flour or ground almond-230 g
3/4 cup sugar-150 g ( 1/2 cup-100 g )
1 Tbsp orange zest -6 g
1 tsp almond extract-7 g
1 cup flaked almonds-100 g
Directions:
In a bowl mix ground almond, sugar, orange zest and almond extract.
In another bowl beat 2 egg whites to soft peaks around 2 minutes.
Fold the beaten egg whites gently into the almond mixture.
Preheat the oven 375 F/190 C.
In a small bowl whisk the extra egg white with a fork until foamy. Place flaked almonds in another small bowl.
Scoop up about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape into ball. Coat cookies in a egg whites and after coat them with the almond flakes.
Bake them around 15 minutes . Don't over bake.
They last up to 7 days in a container or can be frozen.
