Idk why, but I started to cry at the end of this video. When you found out journaling wasn’t for you & decided to bake instead; it just really touched my heart how you romanticize the simple pleasures of life that so many of us can take for granted & stay so grounded & in the moment. The music & my hormones might have a big part in me getting emotional lol 😅, but your videos calm me so much & take me out of my negative headspace to look around me & appreciate all I have ☺️ thank you 💕

if you want to start journaling but don’t know where to start i would definitely recommend going to like target or barnes n noble and getting a journal there they have like prompts for every day that really helps to get you thinking and makes it way easier to stay in the habit of journaling!!
