Yes! Then, the cops muted their conversation after she passed her tests! Directly after that muted private conversation, they arrested her. Also, the cops refused to explain the roadside tests to her! And gave a lame excuse as to why they wouldn't. Cops like this ruin the police name for good cops actually trying to make a difference!

If you pass a field sobriety test there is no reason for you to be arrested.

​@eddrreyes Look at Georgia's law. Open container of alcohol in a car, isn't a serious offense for jail time. They will get 2 points on their drivers license. That's a minor offense.
