Ngl…. These interviewers love talking more than artists. Ask them about the process, the album cover, the way they collaborated, lyrics, thoughts on their art,… Stop tryna take control of the situation … I get it’s your show but shine light on your guests.. they’re the real reason we pull up, you just host the platform

@@ThousandairesClub Megan’s silly ahh thought she could do a national stadium tour and no one is buying tickets. She can’t sell according to her expectations. She’s massively underperforming. Ice Spice’s label overly invested in her, which means, due to them being leveraged in the investment, she is being forced into new spaces as a way to recoup on their investment, but most ppl don’t buy it. Her new single is poorly received and underperforming as well. She released it, then took it down, then re-released it. This is her last year. Cardi is terrified to release her next album and Atlantic is forcing her to drop this year, which means, unless she performs well, they will cut ties. It’s been 6 years since Cardi dropped, and her singles, like the others, aren’t well received. Which means, the only one kind of doing decent (even though sales don’t reflect it). Her best song only peaked at 62 in the billboard 200.

@@ThousandairesClub at the end of the day, regular people (not subset of mentally challenged blk women who live vicariously through female rappers) are getting bored of these trash, can’t rap, sex first female rappers. In order to have a career, your music needs to be timeless. Do you know how silly you’ll be listening to Ice Spice at 60 years old? Which means, that music is the equivalent to McDonald’s. That’s not a flex. Meanwhile, you have dope women like Rapsody out here, Leikeli47 is another dope one too. Princess Nokia is another dope one. Sa-Roc is dope. So is iLL Camille. Noname is very dope as well. This is a serious question that people in the industry ask themselves: why don’t black women support talented black women lyricists that don’t lead with sex? Feels like internalized misogyny. And with the exception of Megan, not a single one of them women you mentioned write their own raps; men write their raps. Which means, you’re listening to a male’s perceptive on black female sexuality. And how is that something you can get behind?

I respected rapsody because of the principles she is standing on, but to watch her crying and complaining about poosy rap, and going out of her way to big up cardi, who is the biggest reason why female rap is perceived the way it is lately is so disappointing.. Nicki is the only female artist and rapper from the core who has been representing the essence of rap for almost 2 decades now...but you still get people like rapsody and a lot of these 80s and 90s female rappers still accussing nicki of not giving kim her props and criticizing her career like she sounds like her. All i hear is jealosy from them that a beautiful, intelligent, rich and witty girl like nicki has carved a lane they cant eff with on any level and they thought she is just a pretty face that would come and go like plenty before her. Big ups to nicki for continuing to prove these haters wrong and fearlessly being herself no matter the whispers and bias and this is why god continues to bless her while these h03s flop with all the label shenanigans and tricks to make them look like they are WINNING.
