@@kh8655 It uses shield arms mags you can literally do this by just replacing the mag release on a 43 to a metal one so it will take the shield arms mags

@@burgerman3500 The 43 has a different (thinner) frame than the 43x, so they use different magazines. This modification makes it smaller for concealment and you can use either their shorter 43x magazines along with standard 43x magazines. Not saying it's worth it just saying what it is.

The magwell of the 43 is slightly thinner so it probably would be harder to make a 10 round mag for it.

You forgot about the plus 5 mag extension that you can add to the already 15 round mag giving you a total of 20 rounds all together 👍

@@yahhboyd even if it’s for the rail mount…there’s only like 3 lights that can mount on the slimline glocks. And a rail adapter kit to add a rail on a non rail Glock is like 30 bucks…which won’t void your warranty…so it still doesn’t make sense. To each their own I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just get a Glock 26!

My hellcat pro and my Glock 19 are my most reliable firearms though. They eat everything

I’m so confused. The 43X already comes with 10 round mags. The only reason people switch to steel hardware was for the extra capacity shield offered. Why would they take away the only thing they were doing correctly? You expect me to swap my hardware and buy all new mags, just so I can have the exact same capacity? What am I missing here?

There is no point in getting a 43x chopped into a regular 43

you can get ETS 7 round mags for 43, just use the 6 round magazines, or you can use OEM magazines on a G26, and infact magpul pinkie mags for 12 rounds... Why would anyone PAY shield arms for this then also BUY OVERPRICED shield arms mags when they are not proven.... Just to reduce reliability for 4 rounds over a a G43 or give up reliability over OEM MAGS for a slightly thinner way more expensive G26? USELESS.

This is dumb, get a 43 or a 43x with applicable magazines. Being this cheap get a high point pappa bear momma bear figure it out. This is stupid plain and simple Dave.

thats not for the 43x. the 43x already comes with a 10rd magazine. the G43 comes with 7rd mag that shield made the 10rd and 12rd mag. SA made the 15rd for the 43x
