Hey girl I just found your channel! The drips have been so so frustrating for me soooo I bought a drip decal on Etsy, I put it on my cup first & then I do my hot glue over so I can follow a guide, it’s helped me not wanna cry, put my head through a wall or throw all of my cups out a window LOL. All love & hope maybe this will help you out ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Might help if you heat the cup up prior to adding the glue too.

Just curious. After you cleaned it up once it was cured did you seal with another coat of epoxy to seal the top edge?

I do one last cut around the rim, clean the inside with Dawn Dish Soap then the tumbler is ready to go. I do not add another coat of epoxy.

The epoxy you use is it food safe?

That link to SVG file is not in the shop do you know of any place else where I can get it?

If I want to make this glow in the dark would I do that before adding the drips?

Unfortunately, I believe the shop closed down after I purchased the decal! I don’t know why. When I check my recent orders, it is unacceptable on my end as well. Search on Etsy for black flame candle SVG and other will pop up!

They are cracking down on this image and anything like it. Copyright they say. I too tried looking for it. Hopefully someone that got it won't mind sharing it.

Amazing Those water slides decals, can I buy them? I looked on Etsy and the only sell them as a digital SVG or PNG. I don’t have a printer, do you know where I can buy the decals please?

The result looks great and I think this imitates the look of wax much better than epoxy could. But as far as practicality is concerned this seems like a bad idea. You probably have a care sheet that goes with the tumblers and I'd assume it says not to put them into a dishwasher or wash them in extremely hot water. Still, people WILL consume cold beverages out of it, leave it in a hot car etc. Hot glue basically looses all its stick when it gets cold. The temperature differences will make it brittle. I don't see this lasting very long at all.

The one advice I don’t give is pricing. Only because our materials cost differently, our time is priced differently and how much time we put in the tumblers are different. I do tell people figure out how much they would like to make an hour then find out how long it will take to create the tumbler, add in the supplies and you will have your price. 💗

Those drips are a no for me
