I think he was being sarcastically ironic because even *BLG* has done like a hundred videos about it... But what not much people know about is that there's actually another way to "teleport" to the skies of Liberty City & no is not with the use of the *SimpleNativeTrainer* if not with knocking down some of the npc's that are already waiting in Line to get a free Heli-Tour & when the amount of corpses surpasses the 10 you'll notice than they will begin to "twitch" like if they were getting electrocuted & so; if Niko runs over them (while going on foot) you'll discover something interesting that might not have seen before...

3:34 rocket physics is not weird it is true cause insidewater you can't lit fire(except in cyberpunk) and due to which the rocket does not goes up in the air and that's why it drops and just explode. It get lit by the force we are giving to it through the gun/launcher.
