Same here, it happens a few times throughout the show that are lines that are now creepy since she's gone, like "I may actually be dead right now", and the whole "if I die young" song, and so many others.

when you realize that Dianna Agron (Quinn) did play at school about that same musical, and even sang the part that Sugar sang haha ​​

This is probably the closest thing you'll find to the original

Wow this is terrible. Not only did they shorten the song, they also got rid of key elements of the choreography. The film lives off the erotic tension between Travolta and Newton-John, created by their dancing. This version is just prudish to the core. Is it possible the US got more sexually uptight over the last forty years? In Germany, we watched the original in school when we were 12ish.
