Dear doctor , I am using Simbrinza with 1ml of suspension (in simple it has fine powder in it ) will this fine powder trap inside our eyes after long term using it , especially trap in trabecular meshwork ? Are drops necessary if the pressure is 20 in one eye, and 21 in the other?

Seeing waves when looking at straight lines or a grid could indicate a problem in the macula, and should be checked right away by an eye doctor to pinpoint the exact cause and treat accordingly.

It depends on where you live. Eye drops for glaucoma are available in pharmacies with a prescription from a doctor. In other countries, sometimes prescriptions aren't needed to get the drops from a pharmacy, but it's important to have an exam where a doctor can discuss potential side effects or contraindications (some drops shouldn't be taken if certain health conditions are present) and to make sure the drops are working sufficiently.
