This would appear to be the West Marine station in Kelvinhaugh Street, Glasgow. The station went operational on 23/10/1970, and was also home of the fireboat "St Mungo". It is still operational today, now called Yorkhill.

It is indeed what is now Yorkhill. I recognise the chap sitting on the right as you look at it but for the life of me can't think of his name. That was in the days of the 'smoke eaters' straight in without BA. Amazing that so many surviced the almost daily routine.
