Glad you do this twice a week! Simple and delicious!
Focaccia with vegetables.
RECIPE for focaccia with vegetables.
Sift 450 g flour.
5 g dry yeast.
360 ml warm water.
Mix water with yeast.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar (7 g).
Add water in parts.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt (10 g).
Knead the dough with a spatula.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Cover the dough with a lid.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes:
Wet your hands with water.
Fold the dough several times.
Repeat after me.
The dough is very sticky.
Cover the dough with a lid.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 2-3 hours.
The dough turned out well.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Pour the dough into a baking dish.
Mold size 30*40 cm.
Grease your hands with olive oil.
Stretch the dough with your hands.
Press the dough down with your fingers.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
For the filling:
Chop 1/2 of the onion.
Add a pinch of oregano.
Olive oil.
Mix.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices.
Add a pinch of oregano.
Olive oil.
Mix.
Olives and black olives.
The dough turned out well.
Grease your hands with olive oil.
Make indentations in the dough with your fingers.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Put the filling on the dough.
Repeat after me.
Sprinkle the dough with dried oregano.
Place fresh rosemary on the dough.
Drizzle olive oil over the dough.
That is very nice.
Bake the focaccia in an oven preheated to 240°C.
15 minutes on the lowest rack of the oven.
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for the next 10 minutes.
Bake the bread until golden brown.
Focaccia is ready!

    У меня подходит 1 час и кладу на противень. Украшаю и за это время оно еще подойдет. И шикарное. Так что ни к чему столько держать для подьема. Конечно спасибо за рецепт!!!!

    Hi Schnell! Thank you for sharing this unique way to make focaccia! We all need more fresh 'veggies,' and this is a lovely way to add them. It's really so pretty when it come out of the oven!
