Ranger Billy just stupefied me with the narration of what is one of the most beautiful, majestic, and awe inspiring videos on the net. What a beautiful voice……. Thanks for sharing, as this video has made me finally book my Alaska cruise…..

You should count your blessings that you had the perfect weather. We just returned Sept. on a fourteen day cruise and it rained everyday. Sun never came out. Thanks for letting us see what we missed. Great video.

oh, I'm so sorry to hear that! We went in June hoping to avoid some of the rain, but still had some in Juneau. But we do definitely feel absolutely greatful for our day in Glacier Bay 🩵 I'm glad we could share it with you, and I'm sending good luck vibes for your next adventure!

I'm so happy that you were able to visit this majestic park despite being quarantined. Ranger Billy answered one question that I have has since our trip in 2006. Why did our cruise not visit Glacier Bay? Only two ships per day are allowed. We visited another fjord, Tracey Arm which, though not a national park was still majestic and filled with many side glaciers and great vistas, and the same drizzly, overcast weather. Thanks for taking us along.

We found that out about the Park when we were booking! It definitely narrows down your options of itineraries. When we go back, I think we will visit Tracey Arm, a lot of people say it is just as good, and highly debated as almost better, so we will have to see for ourselves!

This is an amazing video! You really captured the views in Glacier Bay and it was especially nice to hear the rangers talk along with it. We were on the Crown in May and had a wonderful trip, but I got Covid right after we got home. Sorry you did also, but glad you did the responsible thing and reported it. Sounds like they treated you well. Happy to have found your vlogs!

Thanks for your kind words! We are so glad you enjoyed! Hope you are well recovered now! My parents got it a few days after getting home, so it seems far more common now unfortunately! But they definitely did take good care of us, and we already have a trip planned for the Holiday break to use our future cruise credits!

Do you realize all of southeast Ak where you cruised is the largest temperate rainforest on earth, 17 million acres, including glacier bay? We have national parks, national forests, wildlife refuges overlap all over our Alaska! Do some actual research on Alaska before you talk about this awesome place! Simple!😳🤪🤣

I will make this simple, I have lived up here in Alaska the past 43 years, if you actually think being on a huge cruise ship seeing , Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, etc… represents “ real Alaska “! Your clueless. Simple!😳🤪🤣

We are from Florida and many times people will plop down in the middle of Disney spend a week there and feel like they've had a trip to Florida. But as a native, Disney doesn't represent our state. I could see how the cruise ports are an inaccurate representation of the place you call home. Regardless, we loved our visit, and can't wait to come back someday. We hope to make a more land based visit, but the logistics are tricky, especially for people with no snow driving experience. Thanks for watching
