1:05 I believe the smoother hair works in this case because he was in Carbonite and when he came out of it, his hair was definitely more smooth and stuck down to his head.

The one she was making was Han seconds before being lowered to The carbonite gas freezer.

I love all of them! However why I do think padme needed a diff face that face makes her look like a 8 yr old and doesn’t do her justice! Hopefully we get a Acureate one this year!

Giving R2 a third leg used to be significantly easier with the old torso piece where you could just put in a 1/2 technic pin in there directly onto the cheese slope. Now though, it kinda seems a bit too long.

@@larniieplayz6285 Yeah, years ago. The bottom used to not have an axle hole, now it does, so you can't use the little technic half pin anymore.

Damn! I knew something was up when I tried this again recently. I remember being able to do this just fine as a kid. Now I know why it doesn't work anymore. They should honestly update the R2 torso again so that it has a single stud in the center at the top, so that he can swivel his head, and remove the axle hole on the inside, so that you can put the half pin with the stud and the white cheese slope on the bottom.

We need that same LEGO® 4274194 - 4274 - Technic, Pin 1/2 but with a ridged axel peice to fit in the bottom hole of the R2D2! Or, yes, just the older holed body.

“The legs don’t make her look the same age as Anakin.” That’s because she isn’t in The Phantom Menace, lol. These are solid fixes, though, the Padme is probably the only one I have the resources to do, though.

I don’t think the old helmet works then the newer one and I actually think putting the old one looks worse but the rest of the customs are really good and for Ashoka use the old headtail piece if you have it because I think it looks better

For R2’s third leg, you need an early version of the body. They didn’t have the axle fitters inside, just a plain peghole style. A 1/2 technic pin with stud and a cheese slope then fits perfectly.

Technically Ahsoka’s head horns are actually called Montrals.

R2 having a third foot has to happen!! It'd be a great way of mixing up a classic and very common figure

Btw those legs for Han were from wild style from the lego movie 2, I love them and I personally use them for my Cobb Vanth

Very nice! Mando would also profit from dual molded arms and legs, black i‘d say. Wouldn‘t necessarily be more accurate, but it‘d look good!

For the ahsoka Minifigure, I just bought a knockoff on aliexpress and used the lekku on the official one, which makes it look much better!

Could you possibly elaborate on this? I looked it up and couldn't find the piece you were referring to. For ages I've used a cheese wedge, stud w/ hole, and a lipstick piece and it always looks too long. Thanks in advance!

Wait, the Han Solo from 2016 Desert Skiff Escape set has the modern hairpiece, so technically you are repeating the same thing LEGO did. Also, I think the legs from Betrayal On Cloud City would work well for the character, but they cost a fortune.

I used an X-Acto knife to remove the dirt stains/burns in Obi Wan and I used a marker for Anakin. Hope that helped somebody.

For the rt-d2, I saw somewhere that you can use a lipstick piece to stick the wedge into the bottom of it

It’s weird how Lego went all out for episode 8 and 9 but with the mandalorain and book of boba they practically went the cheap way out for them 😂. They really do the most to save money sometimes

10:30 They made a PERFECT Anakin in the 2014 ROTS sets. Both him and Obi Wan were perfect, color wise they were intresting and the lining was unique. Anakin also had a double sided face with both tired, heavy eyes- and burning yellow sith eyes. Really wish I didn't miss out on that when I was a kid.

Hmmm nah. Old Obi Wan and Han Solo are definitely downgrades here. Tarkin's hair doesn't work for Alec Guinness. The current one is the closest. It needed a new molde to be accurate. As for Han Solo, that piece only looks like the stage photos and that garbage Solo film version. For an OG Harrison Ford, I think the Barty Crouch Jr./James Potter hair from the Harry Potter CMF works better.

I think the soldier 76 hair piece could work for old Obi Wan

for the r2d2 3rd leg I used the asajj ventress lightsaber hilt and a white cheese slope

You can use the lipstick piece on r2 d2 for his third leg so it actually connects to his body

what ink did you use for Obi wan Kenobi and Anakin?

What I did for r2 is I took a sucker stick and cut it and I fits perfectly

For R2s third slope/leg use a unicorn horn piece with a hollow stud piece and a cheese slope!

In 6:41 with the figure if I was in charge I'd keep the helmet that way cause to me it's good with lighting in the show type of feeling (instead just give him a silver jetpack because at the time of getting the jetpack he had the beskar full and full

U could use a axle with a stud too for R2D2. It probably will not touch the floor but at least you can move R2D2 around😄

Another thing you can do for r2d2 is use the lipstick piece instead of the fang, that’s what I do and it looks and works great

I can agree with some of these changes mainly Ep. III burnt Anakin & Obi-Wan, and then some I can’t get. Maybe it’s cause I primarily collect SW and are used to the way they things are but also some I think are accurate the way they are anyways

For R2D2 I just use one of those small blue piece you commonly get in sets but grey, much easier and better

There's a hair piece you can us for Ahsoka from the Corucant Police Gunship set 75046 the hairpiece is not as long but it doesn't have the crown print on it

For ahsoka there is a custom made figure for her which has the perfect lekku including the silver ‘crown’. I did a review of the figure on my channel for people who want to see it :)

For the R2D2 3rd leg, Lego needs to make a new Technic peice. Basically just the LEGO® 4274194 - 4274 - Technic, Pin 1/2 but instead of the round Pin at the bottom, make it a ridged axle, it would fit perfectly in the bottom hole of R2D2, and the cheese slope would fit on the 1/2 top part.

I think R2-D2 should have the feet inverted so it has a 2x3 foot print. The lipstick piece works great for the third foot.

Anakin also needs the brown sash thing under his actually belt

That hairpiece definitely improves Finn's appearance if not his character.
