My husband was like this with our granddaughters. We had them during the week because the school where we lived was better for the girls. They went home on the weekends. I'm 60 now and the oldest is in college the other is a freshman in high school. I miss the days that u are having. Please enjoy them to the fullest. U two are wonderful parents. When they grow up they will look back and talk about these loveable days.

Beautiful family, I remember needing and taking a break from mommy duties when our 3 daughters were younger. We now have 5 beautiful daughters,ages 32,30,28,19,19! Praise God for awesome Husbands and Fathers! It’s so awesome when they are little, and when they grow up!

It’s beautiful that your wife is still nursing baby girl! It’s definitely a little guilt when you leave, but I just see it as it’s a 2 parent love story. It’s a loving thing when the dad or mom gives one another a break. As a wife I definitely wouldn’t do anything out there, that a single person would do.

Ced unfortunately I believe its been ingrained into the female to be the care talker of the kids, more or less its her job and has been frowned upon if she doesn't. When my mother was raising us (without a father) she rarely let us out of her sight and trust me looking back I realize how wrong that was a was not good for her. Years later when raising my daughters I was the same way except I had to work a job working 14-16 hours day. Rarely went out without them and when I did I felt guilty. No dad in the picture in my situation either. I was alone. But they were loved and cared for. Don't reget that at all. Your girls have grown so much and I've missed it all lol. Little characters and so sweet and beautiful 🥰🥰🥰. Love ve you guys, take care. Char will get use to her time😊. Tyfs God bless you
