It is so cool that you do things like this for your staff!

Bike tip: never lay your bike on the derailleur(the thing that shifts the gears). Especially if you are transporting it. You’re going to bend the hanger which is going to make it shift bad and if not corrected will wear the drivetrain out much faster. Very nice gesture. Might want to take it by a bike shop to get tuned up though.
