    haha...oh man...this is...wow! Yes...I'm adding this to the list. I have to try this one for sure! :) About the middle 8 section. Is it the part with the 3 groups of 3? First one goes down, other 2 go up and I think they're all on the "e"?

    oh man...huge question :) To keep it short, if a person were to practice these 3 things on a regular basis, I think they would start to see some progress. 1 - Find tunes you like and try to learn them. 2 - Learn about (and practice) the Triads of the Major Scale. 3 - Give yourself time to "noodle". Take what you're learning from the above 2 things and play around with it. Just don't let it take up your entire practice! :) Try to find a balance and work on all three each time you practice. Hope that helps...good luck and have fun! :)
