Hi, i m from Hong Kong, it my first time know you channel. learned a lot on volumetric lighting by Corona's. This video is clear and easy to understanding, once again, thank you do much, you are great 👍
thank you thank u ❤❤❤❤ from south korea~~~ ❤❤❤❤
Sir, at the end of the video I heard someone asking for the basics and recommendations of designing fog I ll like to add something to his question by asking if you can give us an explanation of all the Corona effects and if possible all 3dsmax modifying tools
Wow
Great👌👌
Hey there! Amazing tutorial. Would there however be something similar, especially the part about volumetric smoke, for Vray users? Cheers!
you are a legend
I love this channel❤ your tutorials are awesome

I think the same way~♥
As soon as he said "This is the video" at 38min roughly, a 4 minute ad came up and I watched the entire thing only to realize it as an ad. smh lol. Good work though. These videos are really helpful. I got my degree in 3ds max doing modeling and basic animation. We never got taught the very very technical things like this so I really enjoy watching these kinds of videos on your channel.

Thank you :D
Awsome!
Thanks a lot
it does not allow me to connect corona distance map to the corona volume mtl
I felt my volume with coulds is too sharp at the edges, is there a way to create a feather effect as in photoshop to blender this edges?

You can use a "softer" map like noise instead, or you can lower the contrast by changing the absorption distance.
It's not working that thing with a box in interior - it's shows "dependency loop", problem with corona distance :< what can i do with that? Corona 10 the same stuff...

Hey, that's because you added the same material to the object you are distancing from. Ensure that the object listed in CoronaDistance has unique material that is not part of the node chain.
Hi. I want to know whether this will be possible with vray too?

Hi Currently 2970wx, but there are currently much better options available, as for the GPU i use 3080 Ti, but its irrelevant and I don't use it for work.

I tried that with just the fog atmospheric material. It does work it can be fractionated with noise maps and rising from the ground but that material isn iluminated by any light. What a shame. Corona has the same kind a material but it is iluminated, go figure. Yeah, volumes work, but I wanted to chieve it without those. Edit; with Arnold renderer I mean
yo prefiero usar las VDB en un corona grid
somehow the tutorial doesn't work out as shown.

Good work but try to get to the point faster, i lost the steps because you’re talking different topics, made it hard to focus, just say the steps at once, thanks
