Me too. I don't watch tv so missed all the big brother stuff but even before her diagnosis when I saw some of it on KZread, I was sad to see her like that, she seemed hurt by life, desperate, needy, unhappy. She was a total babe and that's how she should be remembered

One of their best songs. RIP Sarah Harding.

Don't get me wrong. I am not the biggest Girls Aloud fan in the world. But this is a fantastic pop song. One of the best ever. There is no lead-in, no intro. It starts at a hundred miles an hour & the beat never lets up. Should have been their biggest hit.

Nadine and Sarah are the best vocalists. Nicola is one of the weakest, which is why she rarely starts a song or leads on the chorus.

i'm old - born in the mid 60's - broke my teeth on punk and metal in the late 70's early 80's and still pretty much listen to the same noisy stuff today but i love this song - keep it quiet tho,,,,,😋

The fact that Sara appears at the end of the video with that iconic sight looking at the camera, and then a star fades in the sky, makes so much sense now. She will be truly missed... RIP.

A perfection of a pop song

I personally met Sarah harding a few years ago she stopped took the time to give me an autograph, I had a photo with her, I can honestly say she was the nicest most pleasant woman you could ever wish to meet, and she's so attractive, she actually spent a couple of minutes chatting it was great meeting her I hope she pulls through god bless her xx

Call The Shots has one of the most beautiful bridges ever written and sung for a pop song; Nicola’s phrasing is exquisite. It’s so easy to diss a girl group that was put together on a tv show, but out of nowhere, they became a platform for glittering, cutting-edge, pure pop.

It still boggles my mind how, Girls Aloud didn't see the brilliance of this track. They should have released it world wide. It's a shame it wasn't a number one in the Uk, as it's obviously one of the most mature, beautiful and distinct songs ever recorded by a girl group. It's perfection.

The end of the video gives me chills, with Sarah (that part in the album version belongs to Cheryl) and then the view of the sky with the shooting stars ... we will miss you dear Sarah!

I find it sad listening to their songs since Sarah's passing. She was always my favourite member. Beautiful woman. This is a fantastic song - a great slice of British pop from Xenomania and the girls voices enhance this much more.

Just seen them in Sheffield. Amazing concert and the tributes to Sarah (RIP taken too young) were amazing. Love all of the girls

Sarah's illness echoed my mum's 10 years ago. Breast cancer which spread to her brain. I know all too well what Sarah and her family were going through in those last few months. Knowing that there is no more suffering does ease things, but at 39, it's still very tragic and her family and friends are going to go through a lot mentally. If there's any light to this news, I hope it spurs on woman of any age to get themselves checked regularly. The idea might be daunting and scary, but it could genuinely save you life. Rest easy now Sarah. I'm not a huge girl/boy group kind of guy, but always had a soft spot for Girls Aloud, and this song in particular was their very best.

i feel you i came here after i saw Kimberly 's post about Sarah's passing. it looks like that they felt like they have lost a sister to them and we will forever support GA if they come back as a foursome or never come back at all. we always have their songs to look back at the good times. i mean all british bands has felt sadden of Sarah's death even steps made a post and so did Atomic Kitten. it really just goes to show on how big GA were.

when you guys hit the scene, i was heavily into punk rock, but your musical arrangements and vocal melodies are so utterly divine and timeless it is undeniable, and you make blissful songs. you have made some of the greatest pop music in history, and the absolute finest pop music of the era you came up through. nothing compares.

Nicola was such an under-rated member of Girls Aloud. Her vocal between 2:20 and 2:50 is pure pop perfection - simply gorgeous voice! 👍🏻
