As someone who lives on a college campus I've always been incredibly paranoid that people aren't washing their hands and touching the door handles with their crusty dusty fingers. This only helped confirm my paranoia and now I'm glad I don't touch door handles and sanitize my hands as much as possible.

Hand sanitizer makes your immune system weaker tho! Some germs are good for you, the hand sanitizer kills everything good and bad. So next time you get sick you'll feel worse than you would have if you just used soap :)

During the pandemic, I used to constantly sanitize my hands a lot when I was grocery store cashier (even after the mask lift, I still used hand sanitizer cause I was constantly touching money and food) and it made my hands so dry and I had hangnails more often.

Sanitizer is fine if used appropriately dont need to use too much. It's better to wash hands than sanitizer if you can.
