I knew she was a pro when she felt the crowd angst and calmed them down with “ sorry for the wait “ . She performed and engaged the audience for a total entertainment experience rather just singing a song.. This is difference between an entertainer and a just a singer. A lot busker need to watch this performance.

Just like a big brother, Jacob makes sure the key and mircrophone volume are just right for the guest singer meanwhile giving her emotional reassurance with his warm smiles. The caveat of this video is that it doesn't show Jacob's fantastic voice; however, it demonstrates the epitome of a decent human being.
