What a great track. Great driving track. The guitar riffs are excellent, the bass lines awesome, Girish's vocals on this is awesome. The solo and the ending of the song is great.

GATC are a great band. From what I've heard from the past 2 re-recorded songs the debut was amazing and the re-recorded version maybe even better 2nd time around. I shall be purchasing!!!

One reason a band will rerecord an album is if they change labels, they can play older stuff without worrying about publishing rights of the old label. Taylor Swift just did this. I absolutely love this band! Girish has some new projects on the Frontier label, collaborating with Joel Hoekstra and Magnus Karlsson. Keeping rock alive!!

What a banger! Can’t say what the rerecording added (as the debut isn’t available in my download sources), but this lets the roof of every venue blow off immediately! I was somewhat disappointed with their second album (lesser songs I really liked), but their third album was exceptional and the debut, now in better shape sound-wise) carries evenly strong material. Can’t wait for the rest to see the light of day.

When you pressed play, my thought was "Please don't scream!" And he didn't. So I liked it. As I've said before with these guys, the music has been top notch, but the vocals ruined it, at least on the last album. Seeing as how he's changed the way he sings, I suspect they weren't happy with how it sounded either. Just a theory. But this is way way better. Powerful, but controlled. Classic 80s Sunset Strip music and vocals.

This is actually their older song from the album "Back To Earth" came out like 7 years ago, re-recorded. The vocals are pretty much the same, but the instrumental is a lot heavier in the new version. You can check the older version on youtube, just type "Ride to hell - Girish & The Chronicles - Music Mojo Season 3 - KappaTV" in the search bar.

@@benkraze3103 Thanks for the info. My issues with the vocals was on the last album. Too aggressive, not melodic enough and felt like it would be better on a metal core album or something like that.
