Ingredients:
Egg 4
Milk 60g
Vegetable oil 50g
Cake flour 65g
Sugar 50g
Lemon juice few drops
Cacao powder 15g
Hot water 15g
Decoration:
Cream 180g
Sugar 20g
Crushed Oreo biscuit 20g
Baking steps:
1. Preheat oven with fan to 160°C and bake around 2-3minutes (Giraffe pattern)
2. Preheat oven to 170°C and bake around 25 minutes
