There's a story that a Italian soldier just shoot his Carcano Rifle in a sand then a group of British soldiers raised their hands up and they said. They were thirsty so the Italian soldier took them as prisoners and the Italians gave them water to rehydrate.

This might be an unpopular opinion but this version of this song has always seemed to me as unauthentically Italian, as a synthetic faker version of Giovinezza with its synthetic sounding instruments, it reflects on the inauthentic-ness of the N@zi controlled RSI compared to the real authentic Italian Fascist Regime of 1922-1943
