He also, was mentored by Devante Swing of Jodeci in the 90s before he left their singing after a short time. Ginuwine later got with Timbaland, Missy Elliott, A aliyah and Magoo with Sony 550 Records. He released his debut album " Ginuwine The Bachelor" on October 8, 1996.

Umm Usher's first album was in 1994 and his first hit one was My Way in 1997. Ginuwine's was 1996. They're the same generation of music. Lol. Usher just seems like a much younger generation of music because he's still very active and was a lil boy when he hit the scene.

I'll be 35 next month and I remember watching this video when it first came out and at 1:20 I thought the Michael jackson glide in a circle was dope. I remember I made sure to do that dance move while watching the video. Music today just doesn't have that anymore
