    It's actually an Austrian Empire thing. It's like the Croatian update to a Viennese Schnitzel, that's why it used to be called Zagreb Schnitzel.

    Ahaha Gino, ti si ama! 😊😂 and unfortunately he is right, frenchs always have that sort of pompous attitude towards others, especially Italians, since they know italians do things greatly. Not only the food, but in many other fields. Is there a natural competition? I don't know...maybe...but definitely one thing has to be said, italians are genuine, and not used to belittle others...a thing that frenchs always do.

    Lui diciamo che ha avuto il coraggio di dire queste cose apertamente davanti ad una telecamera, senza giri di parole. La maggior parte di noi italiani pensa questo sui cosiddetti “cugini” francesi. Ovviamente quello con i capelli bianchi seduto al tavolo insieme alla donna, essendo in televisione, da conduttore dello show, ha cercato di essere più diplomatico dicendo che loro amano molto i francesi. 😉

    @@aris1956 Ahaha si, il conduttore da buon british paraculo, cercava di esser diplomatico...ma col cavolo che agli inglesi piacciono gli altri di nazionalità che non sia la loro. È così da sempre, tra francesi e inglesi è una bella gara a chi è più stronzo (la storia insegna). Gino ha fatto bene, con spontaneità e onestà d'animo. Ben detto.

    Bechamel is a very common ingredient in italian recipes, for example Lasagne have it

    Besciamella is of course italian. Then like so much other stuff was imported in France by Caterina de Medici during her reign there. But again people think that, for exemple, the croissant is french and not a Austrian thing. So let's go on and on with those falsification.
