My new gingerbread project was inspired by the beauty of the Polish Old Towns.

Making an epic gingerbread house from scratch sure is a challenge!

    i was suggested this video but you guys did such an amazing job i absolutely loved your gingerbread house and the snow feature at the end with the powder sugar was just adorable new friend and hit the button on the way out

    Good question. I’d say it was different! 😄 on the one hand I didn’t have to pipe dry elements out of royal icing, like the fence and railings, on the other hand this project was like 4 smaller projects rolled up in one. That’s the beauty of it I guess, every project has its own challenges.

    How are you gonna change the batteries in the candles???

    The batteries last a very long time. Much longer than the project will last. I turn them on around 6-7pm every day and leave them on for about 4hrs. I never had problems. Last year I used the same candles for other projects throughout the year and only had to change the batteries in October.
