Simply delicious this ginger syrup , and very versatile !
Ingredients :
150 gr. Ginger
1 tsp. turmeric ground
500 ml. Water
150 ml. Orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
100 gr. Honey
80 gr. jam sugar
80 gr. sugar

My name is Anni and I come from the beautiful Tyrol (Austria). As a trained cook, I worked in the gastronomy for many years and have never lost my passion for cooking and baking.
