***** Love the series. I have one suggestion... can't find recipes for the Ottoman Turkish sherbets (Poppy flower sherbet, Nymphaea sherbet, Tamarindus indica sherbet, Liquorice sherbet, Rose sherbet, etc) and it would be great if you guys would make them :)

ClicklifeServices What's interesting is that the artist seems to be singing in Indonesian (or at least dialect similar to Indonesian). My wife is from Indonesia and she understands the lyrics. Yes, I know that Malaysia and Indonesia are relatively close together - which could explain much.

You should really clean the lemongrass before smashing it and chopping.. It usually very dirty on the outside.. And most of the flavor is in the bottom portion.

MegaZsolti nope, the coconut milk part is pretty weird, it makes the coffee oily john tatum 350ml fresh water 3 tbsp ground coffee 1 thumb sized, peeled, char-grilled ginger 2 tbsp condensed milk 1 tbsp palm sugar, add more if needed 1 tsp cane sugar/white sugar, add more if needed you can simply brew all of the ingredients together except for the milk, you add it later in the serving cup, hope this help ;) sorry for bad english

  • @timothygalisin4653

    9 жыл бұрын

OreoBunny123 Palm sugar taste sweet (duh!) but it has a nicer flavour and just a right amount of sweetness to it.....so, there is no need to add white/brown sugar after adding palm sugar.... it has a taste like a candy but not so sickly sweet....and slightly fermented from it's natural process.... we usually use palm sugar for making traditional Indonesian/Malaysian confectioneries although nowadays uses white/brown sugar...
