hi, thanks for sharing, my place is relatively warm its quicker to see bubbles come up.i got questions, , after leaving it after 24 hrs open, bubbles starts to appear, is that okay? 2ndly, on the 2nd day, you said to put the lid on, is that airtight or not to tight to let carbon dioxide escape? 3rdly, say i have kept my ginger bug in the fridge for more than a week but have kept feeding it while in the fridge, now after some time i make a drink again, coming from the fridge, after taking some of the liquid to make a ferment drink, should i put it back in the fridge to start reactivating it or just leave it in the counter so i can keep it going again? hope anyone can answer, thanks😊

828/5000 Hello Happy Pear and April, I reviewed and tried many ginger bug methods. This is the one that worked best for me. I want to thank you very much !! Super cool for having a homemade soda drink full of probiotics and tastes pretty good! I would need to adjust the bitterness ... I would add less citrus to the mix. First time I tried the recipe it was the best and I followed the suggestions from April step by step ... then, in the second and third intention it became quite bitter, I tried with orange and grapefruit instead of lemon in these last two, but I thinks I added to much. Anyway, even bitter, they were great ... effervescent, fresh, I love to drink this and I feel well! Thanks April, I admire that you and would love to meet you if I lived a little closer, writing from Buenos Aires, greetings! saludos!
