Only thing Melo has to separate him from anyone is three gold medals. Let's face it though, anyone selected for 2008 team onward is guaranteed a gold medal. Iverson at 5'11 was always a better player than Melo ever was.

From 2004-2007 Arenas averaged 25 ppg, 29ppg, 28ppg. People forget how good of a player he was over his career.
