    I'm glad you doing this only thing is here in Chicago it's alot of kids that just really want to do more court work and do not believe in really conditioning until they get out of HS to college then they realize that you have to be in overshape but hard heads make for .....well you know LOL!! I refuse to change how I train related to conditioning I believe in what you are doing I've had kids come back to me later and say they wish they would have continued to work with me cause they not even close to where they want to be soon realizing that they are not gonna actually be in the NBA or for that matter play major college basketball alot of these trainers are selling these kids on all the flashy stuff but not into really conditioning these players which in my opinion is not really fair to them.

    Do u train any explosive drills? Like from slow to fast change of speed and ability to lull the opponent to sleep is very important at the next level. Times r changing with human athletes. We r gonna go back to physicality, playing defense and having an awareness to respond to intense movements before they happen. Curry is a generational talent and imo we shouldn’t train like him cause the generation of human evolvement is always gonna be elite but the one of a kind players were ahead of the rest at these specific skills

    29:51 Thats real. Thats how I feel about doing sets in a workout If you're only doin 3 sets of 12 per exercise. You'll only be 3 sets of 12 strong & fit.

    Gil, are these workout metrics designed for their age range? My initial assumption was these were your personal goals as a professional, which I would think is too much for a kid. I'm just curious; overall, it's a great video. Keep trailblazing the sports podcast space ‼️‼️🔥🔥🔥

    as a pro it was in time so 5 minute per drill....400 is just a lap around the track......my 12 year he was just doing (100 yards)

    u have to build up to it all....start off with 100 yards....u can keep the shooting the same but if he or she cant shoot very well (15 layups/10 midranges/5 threes)
