I'm glad you doing this only thing is here in Chicago it's alot of kids that just really want to do more court work and do not believe in really conditioning until they get out of HS to college then they realize that you have to be in overshape but hard heads make for .....well you know LOL!! I refuse to change how I train related to conditioning I believe in what you are doing I've had kids come back to me later and say they wish they would have continued to work with me cause they not even close to where they want to be soon realizing that they are not gonna actually be in the NBA or for that matter play major college basketball alot of these trainers are selling these kids on all the flashy stuff but not into really conditioning these players which in my opinion is not really fair to them.

Do u train any explosive drills? Like from slow to fast change of speed and ability to lull the opponent to sleep is very important at the next level. Times r changing with human athletes. We r gonna go back to physicality, playing defense and having an awareness to respond to intense movements before they happen. Curry is a generational talent and imo we shouldn’t train like him cause the generation of human evolvement is always gonna be elite but the one of a kind players were ahead of the rest at these specific skills
