Komaj is the bread of Gilan mountaineers that is still baked in parts of Diliman and Eshkevarat in Gilan province,Iran. This bread dries late and is very useful for the mountaineers of Gilan. Komaj can be found in the luggage of shepherds and travelers.
کماج، نان کوه نشینان است که در بخش هایی از دیلمان و اشکورات استان گیلان هنوز پخته می شود. کماج را در ره توشه چوپانان و مسافران و با دقت بیشتر در تهیه اش روی سفره ی مهمانان ییلاقات می شود یافت.این نان دیر خشک می شود و برای کوهنشینان گیلان بسیار پر کاربرد است
