In combat you do regen stamina, just more slowly and only if you do t do anything that consumes stamina

Small but important correction: You said "Health and Stamina don't regen until you're out of combat," but Stamina does regen while in combat, so long as you have not used any stamina (jump, dodge, sprint) or a skill/attack for 1-2 seconds. 1 second if you still have some stamina left, or slightly longer 2 seconds if you ran your stamina dry.

5:04 it should due to visual clarity, like a sparkle affect bursting out of you. For the Debuff imminutity it should be represented as a magical hood compared to the helmet with Immunity, that way it's easer to tell which is which. Visually there would be that piece on the character model to better express to players from any angle what affects they have.

All in favor of the pakkko cc being called SNOWMANNNNNN in and extremely high voice whenever anyone sees it

9:33 it should do more than that it's what made Bleed and poison so special, like what does fire do aside from damage overtime I'd say it makes one vulriable more applications of it or has their protection used against them. Fire: deals DOT and reduces enemy armor by 15%, additional stacks increase the damage of the first application.

8:09 it should have the look of heavy posion. like have an addition of it being soaked in the thing with a detailed skull and criss bones to represent it and on the character, compared to the hitting green it should have them kinda melting with it.

8:37 it should have more than a glow, have the texture be weakness like cracks be in it, showing how the affects breaks their weapons or ability to damage in being weakned or have it droop down.
