What a fantastic video. Thank you for sharing this here. I never thought of blending the beans after brewing them. I am small cafe owner and trying to blend some beans as a house blend for ourselves. I had been struggling with mixing different roasted beans in different proportions and trying to arrive at something I like. Honestly it was a bit tiresome to do the mixing. But blending post brewing shall make it a breeze. Thank you again for this wonderful tip!
