1956 RB250 flat head with Dannick no- hole ring and RB5 with Sullivan arch top ring.

I like the arch top ring, sounds just like my Gold Tone RG250F.
Flat gets my vote
The 2nd one is more melodic with more chime...like it better.
The dannick ring is powerful, however I have always prefered the tone and power from a raised head.
I'm likeing the archtop sound more and more.
The million dollar question is: which one do you like? I am kind of pleasently surprised with the archtop. Very nice immediate response.
