@@user-qc1qz3zg9t I would tend to disagree. The CO is diluted with the oxygen in the air fairly quickly (given adequate ventilation), but other more harmful emissions from the gas and flame along with the HDPE powder will be a problem.

How about no obvious hearing protection when using the impact wrenches and no fall protection when the guy steps off the man-lift to the strap the top of the tank? I mean no disrespect to the workers, and like the way they seem proud of the product they've produced, but yeah PPE's seem kind of secondary here.

And the hug, in the end, was made with love 😂. I love it

플라스틱 가공 공장 중에 저 정도면 탑급이에요. 대부분은 매우 열악한데 특히 카본블랙 들어가는 플라스틱 공장은 거의 광산 수준임.

I really love videos that showcase manufacturing processes like this. The work being done is truly difficult and requires skill and labor, so all the workers should be congratulated. The only issue I can see in the manufacturing process is safety. It is very important for personnel to wear masks while pouring raw materials into the main mold. Although it may not cause discomfort in the short term, it will certainly be harmful in the long term. Additionally, the lack of helmets and fire-resistant clothing is also a major problem.

У нас с ТБ всё нормально . И даже перебор кое-где. Мы подрядчики и мозг поначалу выносят. При заходе на один крупный цех 1200мх250м 2часовой инструктаж, при начале работ -наряд допуск открываешь каждый день, в конце смены закрываешь. Каска, спецовка, очки, перчатки, ботинки с носком - обязательны. За нарушение бан навсегда. Сдаёшь пропуск и шагаешь на улицу, работа на высоте только с корками, пояс, бригада 3 чел. 2 на вышке, прошедшей проверку, прораб на земле, плюс вышкарь. Всё огорожено. Ходить только по зелёной полосе, в подвалы не лезть, к работающим агрегатом не подходить. Если всё блюдёшь, то ничего с тобой не случиться На других объектах полегче, но тоже бдят за тобой. Кому охота платить за травмы или смерть. А в ю корее , видимо, избыток людей.

@@ivanpopov3607 Ну почему же. Где есть мотивация там и результат. Давно конечно не был на производстве. Но не думаю что, что то изменилось. Здесь всегда работали так. Менталитет видимо такой. Да и чего спешить, всё идёт путём. Как говорится; при быстром движении на поворотах заносит. А в России постоянные повороты.

PPE on this particular factory seems to be relaxed, no ear protection, face mask instead of properly sealing respirator, the way its done in the old days..

Pretty cool! I just worry about lifting that on the end by the one point in the hole. Doesn't that deform the threads? Seems like you would just make a screw in lifting cap.

@@shawbros Go to 13:13. Yes, the long bar does not contact, but the metal buckle does. at 13:21 to can see the whole mouth of the opening is deformed. I expect the opening will return to somewhat normal when relaxed, but that metal buckle against the threads is not good. Again, I think a screw-in metal lifting jig would keep the threads intact and the opening round. It could even be a screw in plug with the middle having a hole for the strap and pipe to go through.

A tiny bit of suggestion, something like 98% of the energy can be saved by enclosing and insulating the tank your'e blasting with fire, for cooling you simply add cold air at suitable temperature.

At 13:20 it looks like lifting from the threaded hole has deformed it? I guess that is not a problem? Before lifting could you thread in a threaded metal doughnut to temporally reinforce the plastic threaded opening, one with a hole in it so the lifting bar could be inserted into the tank? Thanks.

​@@YanYasnyi 1) Чуть более качественно перемешивать сырье (на видео видно, гранулы не полностью перемешались и когда высыпали смесь, она была не равномерна. Заменить это можно на бетономешалку (где есть ребра для лучшего перемешивания смеси) и закрыть её крышкой. 2) Попробовать заменить крепления (болт-гайка) быстро-зажимные (1. эксцентриковые - которые используются на велосипедах; 2. Застёжка - на чемоданах и подобные). 3) Засыпание смеси в форму (металлический бак). Для ускорения процесса (и уменьшения человеческого труда, а равно как работников), я бы использовал насос по перекачки сухой-смеси (сырья). В бак бы поместил две трубки, по одной (большего диаметра) идёт смесь, а по другой (меньшего) выходит вытесняемый воздух. Такой насос легко самому собрать на предприятии. Хотя и приобрести будет не дороже по цене зарплаты одного работника за месяц. 4) Самое основное это конструкция быстро-сборного короба (из теплоизолирующего негорючего материала (например минеральная или каменная вата) обшитого изнутри жестью (желательно зеркальной поверхности, например оцинкованная и т.п.). Т.е. по суть создание термоса. Дальше надо будет решить несколько вопросов с подогревом. Вариантов тут на вскидку вижу два: 1. Использовать индукцию (электричество) нагревая непосредственно форму (если материал магнитный); 2. Разогрев воздуха газом (аля бани, сауны). Короб должен устанавливаться на качающейся платформе. 5) небольшая мелочь. Вытаскивать из формы пластиковый бак не палкой (деформируя входное отверстие), а хотя бы многоточечной складной "кошкой" (аля складной карабин для альпинизма).

Всем очевидно, что Южная Корея - страна с передовыми технологиями, с очень крупной экономикой, с товарами, имеющими высокую надбавочную стоимость, а это значит, что всё производство пропитано высокой эффективностью. И да, конечно же, можно почти в любом производстве повысить качество продукции, но при этом будет несоразмерное высокое повышение её стоимости. В итоге, думаю, эти ребята на производстве явно не дурни какие-нибудь и уже давно отточили оптимальный режим производства своей продукции. А сидеть и критиковать чужую работу, не имея своего собственного опыта в подобной сфере может каждый...

@@__-nc3ct Спасибо за обстоятельный ответ. Качество смеси не разглядел из за того что смотрел на работе в низком разрешении. Насчёт крепления болт-гайка обратил внимание, так же ка на деформацию при вытаскивании. Но там полимер мягкий думаю не критично. На счёт другого способа нагрева. Это сильно изменит тех процесс. А это затраты на переучивание, само оборудование. Это же Азия, там труд не дорог, производство не большое, что либо переделывать не станут пока не сломается или спрос не возрастёт. Там на виде на заднем плане такая же хрень установлена и на ней не работают. Или же она остывает для новой загрузки. Но все замечания по делу.

Кстати с коллегами на работе обсуждали этот ролик, даже придумали как можно добиться неравномерной толщины стенок (толще там где нагрузка больше, скорее всего в нижней части) и даже как можно произвести армирование - всё это не меня технологического процесса.
