Snakeheads are a fun time, bring a saltwater feeling fight to the freshwater.

They are definitely smart fish. I have been catching them for 10 years now and I think my most producing lure is probably a Ribbit frog. It's so versatile, can run it or sink it and sometimes sinking it when they follow it and seem uninterested is deadly. Welcome to the addiction!

I tried for two years throwing every type of frog and top water bait in the world at them. Than one day I finally catch one on a swim bait. I was doing the same scream as him.

northern snakehead are with out a doubt one of my favorite fish. I havent had the chance to target them unfortunately, but ive managed to find some bullseye down in south Florida as well as a giant of thats species. such a cool fish.

Calling a big Northern snakehead a “giant” snakehead is very confusing because Giant snakehead are a different species.
