Caroline Schreiber i love this song. Nevertheless I stay at my point. Other people would say exactly the same about Rammstein for exmple, and they are right from their point of view. So are you, but you cant say this is good music as a fact, because there will always be people who dont think the same way like you do. That is called being appreciative of something, and you are not.

Werden sie ganz sicher noch bekommen! Die ganze Band ist mega außergewöhnlich talentiert. Kein Mainstream. Macht einfach nur wahnsinnig Spaß sie zu hören und zu sehen. Man kann feiern dabei oder andere schöne Momente genießen. Alle können klasse singen, alle Instrumente bis ins kleinste Detail abgestimmt. Wahnsinn! Das ist dem Alter. Freue mich sehr auf das was noch kommt. Ich bin eingefleischter Metallica Fan, Linkin Park, DeMo, 80er, Mumford & Sons, Coldplay... Freue mich weitere Diamanten dazu gefunden zu haben. Ok, ich hab die Jungs auch erst mit Tom's Diner entdeckt und finde sie großartig. Und doch, der Sound erinnert mich sehr an den Sound einiger Independent Nummern aus meiner Jugend. Vielleicht nicht unbedingt die Musik selbst, aber die Stimmung, das Gefühl was auch insbesondere dieser Song vermittelt.

Ich kann nicht genug von euch kriegen, und was ist das bitte für ein geiles Music Video..

Im exploring my love and passion for music again. All I will say is Giant Rooks are an amazing band in all ways starting from the members to quality of the production to the energy

Never, ever leave off the last 40 seconds, esp the line "see the world is full of roles we play but maybe love is enough"...especially "maybe, love is enough" this makes the whole song as does that layered sound: base, keyboards and drumming with vocals and harmony that are just right. This song is everything, as is the hopeful line "maybe love is enough" in the face of the music which builds to it that is anxious sounding. This song is a triumph, so thoughtful, introspective and the ending a crescendo of the best layers of sound but also hopeful since the last line says "maybe love is enough"...keep this line in your live shows and keep making songs like it. The musicality of Fred Rabe is admirable! Great voice and so talented! My new favourite band!

What a great song! I especially appreciate the crescendo at the end with such layers of sound from drums, bass, keyboards and singing. Just so good, I haven't been this excited about a new band in a very long time. I found the band because of the Tom's Diner cover but found myself very impressed listening to all their songs, especially seeing that Fred Rabe writes the music and lyrics, as well as playing many instruments. He has a great voice but moreover, clearly he'a is a heartfelt musician writing through lived experience of being suddenly famous, yet doing so with such joy in performance but with a natural desire for alone time. It's so clear when you hear "All I know is like quicksand". Most astonishing is the fact that they're a German band because their music is so heartfelt. Kudos too to the keyboardist and bass player because they really contribute so much to the sound, which made so much of Tom's Diner a great success and was a bit overshadowed by Henning May's amazing voice....however, it was Fred's smile as a reaction and his voice and that of the 2nd room in the Tom's Diner video that made me really look into Giant Rooks, my new favorite band! Let's hope that "maybe love is enough", the lovely lyrics at the end of this lovely song.
