    @@NortheastGiantPumpkin one bad thing with "summer all the year" places , i think. is that the cold doesnt kill of the germs and shit. it might be a much more job to do composting there? also no snow no santa, as if that were an bad thing. but at least its gosy in the houses in the winter times. often

    Hey - thanks!! I'm glad you like them. Maybe? It's been a while since an update, but there's not too much interesting going on in the patch at the moment. The weigh-off is in 2 weeks, so there will definitely be a video then. However I do have some prep to do on a new lifting tripod setup that I'm pretty excited about so may do a video on that and include some pumpkin updates.

    I think August is enjoyed faster, but July it grows so quickly that you may miss things. Like a flower growing, blooming, and then dropping.

    My question is how it is used om kitchen, like, what recipes can u do with it, because in my country we don't have that big of a pumpkin. Man I just love to eat pumpkin but the ones we have here are just like the size of forearm at max.

    I've never tried eating these giant pumpkins because I use too many pesticides on them. However I've heard that they don't taste very good unfortunately. They probably have a high water content, and lack in taste because of that.

    Not much! I carve it and then when it rots it goes in the compost.

    I think that I unevenly pollinated it and so the end didn't develop correctly. That's the theory - but who knows. Thanks!

    @@HydrixTheory there's lots of tricks to it - but some luck helps as well. Good seeds, good soil, good weather, and lots of care. The other videos on my channel show how I do it.
