Yeah go Frank! If you reading this I wanted to tell you we entered our giant in New Mexico fair and we got blue ribbon :) final weight 560lbs pretty good for hot dry chile climate hehe the runner up was 200lb. Our pumpkins are so much smaller then all of yours but we are getting there definitely try your way with green house for more control.

Yes greenhouse is half full of chewed off fingernails right now. lol

There was a frog buried on the side in the sand soon as you left i thought it was a mouse right by the mouse trap under the pumpkin.

I enjoy your channel. Im in my first year of giant pumpkin growing. I didn't give it enough room. How much room do i need to grow a 1000 pumpkin?

It has been done on 150 ft.² that is only a 10 x 15’ area with genetics good soil good weather and good care of it can be done but a bigger plant will increase your odds

Mark you better tell Bubba he’ll have to reinforce the roof of your van before proceeding. I bet you have some left over 2x4’s laying around ?

Hi Mark,Glenn here in Brockport New York. Just wondering at the end of the season do you need to remove the sand or is it okay just to till the sand in with everything else. Love the videos brother

I love just to till the sand in my clay be soil it helps break up the clay. However the pumpkin vines I would not till the pumpkin vines in the soil I would drag them off and put them in the dust bin.

Okay thanks we do the same thing with the garlic we just burn all the dried leaves made a mistake telling it in the ground one year and ended up bringing in bacteria and such

But the van will be saying 1 pumpkin at a time!
