GIANT Mille Lacs BASS on TINY hair Jigs (Kayak Fishing the Big Pond)

Ойын-сауық

Finally made it up to world class smallmouth bass waters, Mille Lacs! This kayak fishing trip on the big pond was nothing short of AMAZING. This particular day was a little tough... it was sunny, hot, with zero wind. I used the Aqua Vu and my electronics to find quality fish hanging around big boulders.. but they wouldn't eat. Thats when I decided to down size to a very small hair jig.

Kristine, All great looking fish. Nice and plump, based on the bend in your rod all gave you a nice fight. I loved your reaction to the small one, only around 4lbs, not as big or feisty as the others. Most of us wish for a batch of fish like that. I hunt for rock fields and big boulders. When I see them I get starry eyed about big small mouth. Even when I don’t catch them I know they live there. Waiting for the follow up video, I am sure it is going to be special.
