You can buy them from the butcher or HEB and smoke them yourself. It's not that hard. Heavy on the SP or some se SPG seasoning. Used oak or pecan wood.

Terry Blacks in Austin, TX is the BEST!! DROVE THERE FROM Houston on Saturday just to eat his barbeque!! The food was so good! Worth the turn around trip. The peach cobbler tastes like my Granny's. Take a day trip and go, you will not be disappointed and the staff and owners are GREAT!! ❤❤

That is the only way to eat good ribs, no sauce. Sauce is only n ended when ribs are not good, it hides the taste of the rib.

I bought 1 rib. $52. Not total,...just that 1 rib. But yes, it was delishious and a full meal. Enjoyed it.

In old times family's would have 1 thing to eat on the table you didn't have mutiple things to choose from. Typically only royalty had this privilege. So since there's mutiple different options it's called a spred since all the options are spread out across the table for you to then choose from instead of it just being the 1 option on the table. Hopefully that helps and I explained it in a way that's understandable

Damn this is literally a manual labourers dream meal. Eating belly filling protein after a day's work.

If anyone’s curious the 3 lb platter is like 150.00 and the 6 pound platter is like 300.00. They come with 5 sides too. The 6 lb family pack feeds about a dozen people.
