i remember my bestie...he once picked up a shiny giant blue beetle and a orange ladybug for me as a gift.. i was so happy and i hugged him. the beetle and ladybug were nice with me, so i was ready to keep it as i adore ladybugs and many beetles, but unfortunately my mom and my sibling had entomophobia.. so i had to leave them in the forest way we were going back home and after a few months we moved back to india....I miss em'😭😔✊

Perhaps you could become an entomologist? Not everyone is gifted with the ability to handle insect life. And it's not about killing everything...as they mostly have over here in the US. So sad to not hear or see insects that I grew up with anymore. See they have mown down most of the trees and built buildings and such here to the point where there is very little left for the life that used to live in the wilderness. Glad to be on the other side of life and not in my youth!

That beetle had a very good and happy life! I raise and release butterflies but sometimes I have to keep and care for them when it gets too cold. Insects are good friends, I treat them like my children-. It makes me so sad when they pass away even when they have a longer life than their lifespan ♥️

되게 기분이 묘해요 ,,ㅋㅋ 사람도 쉽게 보내지 못하는데 곤충들도 힘겹게 하늘 위로 가는 모습이 안쓰러우면서도 이상해요,,,

어릴 때 장수풍뎅이를 키웠었는데 참 신기한게 매일 바나나랑 여러 과일만 줬었는데 젤리는 쳐다도 안 봄 ㅋㅋ 입맛이 고급이 되어버려서 먹이로 인식을 안하게 되어서 곤란했었는데 바나나 얼굴 파 묻고 입에 다 묻혀가면서 맛있게 먹던 내 장수풍뎅이 하늘에서도 부디 잘 지내길

헐 저도 똑같은 경험 있는데 ㅋㅋㅋ 화단에 묻어주고 나무젓가락으로 십자가 만들었는데 경비 아저씨가 10분만에 뽑아가심ㅜ

관리 못 하면 날파리 존나 생기고 껍질만 남아있음.... 곤충키우기도 쉽지않더라

장수풍뎅이가 멋지고...슬프네요 조금더 살았으면 좋겠는데, 잘 보살펴주셔서 감사합니다! 그리고 애벌레들이 빨리 자라서 성충이 되는걸 보고 싶네요~^^

When I was a kid, I spent 4 years in Japan and my dad show me those beetles at the park he nicknamed them Kabuto Beetles😂

I love these little guys so much and I would love to have them as pets but I cant bring myself to get them because I wouldnt be able to get over them passing away. I wish these little beans of joy were blessed with a longer lifespan

You just gotta separate rational from irrational fear. It's rational (and smart) to be scared of such things as spiders and centipedes, because they are potentially harmful. But it's irrational and useless to have fear of beetles and other harmless bugs.
