Appreciate you doing so many 'off the beaten path' challenges that I've never seen before. They all look amazing and you absolutely crush them. Any idea how many records you hold or how many challenges/items are now named after you? Take it easy, man!

I love the way at the beginning of every one of his videos he makes it seem like there is a chance he might not eat all the food.

Its just so impressive how all that food fit in small stomach of him... he probably strong man with all that energy he put in to his body.

Dude makes me feel so much better about how much I eat. I'll eat 2 foot longs from Subway for lunch and the people I work with think I'm nuts.

If you don't get fat from eating that much then you're fine. Only other thing to look out for is your cholesterol levels

Awesome, you can eat that much. Joel doesn't eat like this every day. Only for challenges and frequents the gym. You may, too. Unsure of your lifestyle.

Me personally…my fav is spicy mustard and sauerkraut…(typical New York😋). However, I like it with onions and chili too👍..I think it is the way you eat, you make everything look delish!

Texas hospitality is always gonna be from small towns and out in the middle of no where places but get into the major cities and it's a long shot to see it

Back in the early 90's, the Dallas Cowboys ate at the Big Texan on their way back to Dallas from Wichita Falls after training camp. I hear that Nate Newton had 3 full plates and an entire pie. You can easily eat as much as most of the pro football players that weighed around 300 lbs. Keep it up Brother!!!!!!!!! Just a little Texas Trivia.
