This age clams must be chewy. Also the hygenic condition and handling method of this restaurant is definitely not a right place for sashimi.

Lo mismo pensé, que ya esta viejo y su carne debe estar dura. Además que vivo se veía muy bonito y seguro fue mucho más útil en su hábitat que en el estómago de quienes se lo comieron. Es una lástima.

Some trees live for thousands of years, and we still cut them down for timber. As long as we don't cause them to be endangered, then eating a few of them should be fine.
