Plus some very legit stuff about the great wines of the Yarra Valley, bringing Cabernet back, the first Single Vineyard Syrah from Tarraford vineyard in a few years and much more.
Mel is one of the sharpest, most intuitive winemakers in the country, ask anyone. But she's also a huge #swifty and just a very excellent human. It was such a pleasure to have her in the studio and if you haven't tasted her excellent Giant Steps releases over the last few years, well, do you even wine?
