thanks for the tips mate. I've got one of these cycles and have customised it in joker colours for my mezco custom batman imposter joker. I had to do it as it was though as I didn't know how to strip it down. top job 👍

I don't know how you popped that head off so easily. I boiled mine multiple times and the head was fused so tight to the steering column with glue that I broke the front wheel off completely and mangled the plastic trying to pry the bone head from the front. Maybe the 2 years that has passed since this video was made made the glue bond nearly unbreakable.

Thanks for this informative tutorial. I just did this and the bathead was a pain to remove. It was crazily glued. Once removed there was so much glue around the forks and steering. I’m just gonna use some fine grit sanding sticks/emery boards to knock down the glue deposits. Would love to see move of your content.

Just ordered this to customize, and this is gonna help tremendously, great video. Do you happen to recall if once the handlebars are removed and bat head taken off would it be possible to disassemble the handlebars further to remove front tire? (Waiting on mine to arrive and making plans). Thanks

The front tire is glued at the hub, I popped it apart with a flat head screw driver ...but use caution the plastic is brittle and you can break the fork up higher. Good luck!
