Late of 2000s is considered as the rise of electronic dance music. EDM songs used to try to sound futurustic at those years. LMFAO, Far East Movement, Black Eyed Peas and many others used robotic sound effects to make it look fresh. That's why they decided to put this song to the movie.

It is mine too but the way it came out of nowhere in the end credits feels like something you would get from a Michael Bay movie.

The Barroness made this movie. She needs to be in G.I. Joe 3 if they make it. They need her and Destro back. Maybe bring in Tomax and Zamont as well. It’s too bad they killed Zartan off as I would have liked to see the Dreadknox in it as well. I guess they could bring in Zarana to take Zartan’s place or something one thing I hope doesn’t return is Rock’s Roadblock. He sucked in that one to the point where the sequel wasn’t as good as Rise.

Johnsos9, I agree, I wasn’t a fan of the rock as roadblock, they did a bad casting for that role as I would’ve preferred Idris Elba as roadblock and I have no intention on getting any roadblock figures that are based on the rock’s portrayal.

I watch it with my dad and me not mom and sister so I love that song

When the end credits music of Rise of Cobra begins playing, I play the end credits music of Terminator Salvation over it and it sounds better.

0:47 Believe it or not, I saw a logo with a number 6 in it, which could only mean that it could have been a hint that the GI Joe movie series could have had any reference to the Sigma 6 Anime series in 2005-06. Who knows, maybe the name of Duke's team could have been called "Sigma 6"?! Well I don't know about you, but what do you think?

But this is the only movie I’ve ever seen that has ever done it this way. It’s still not done right. I’ve never ever seen another film with screen credits like this

Now how in the heck can they even pull it off? Just pluck the original 80s theme and stick it in here? Yeah not gonna work unless they update and remaster it. When was the last time you even listened to it? Besides I love this song.
