I don’t k ow how many people would go as long as I did. I recorded 4 whole figure unboxings to a dead mic! LOL 😂 The real problem was that I had it plugged into my work laptop - so the “on” light was lit! 😂😂

Dude… you SHREDDED that package! lol! Scarlett looks good.. girls has some THIGHS! I also have issues with her being backside heavy! 🤣🤣🤣 I think the geometry in her boot is wrong somehow and throws her balance off

Packaging is just a barrier to the man-child play-time. So… I may that play-time too! LOL 😂 And I agree - the combination of the boot sole shape, and the centre of gravity on her, is almost certainly the cause.

I got my Duke and Scarlett but I still haven't got around to taking them out of the package. They just look so good that way. When past Chris forgets to plug in the mic you got edited it with one of those 1930s black and white piano playing in the background every once in a while subtitles come up.

Ha! That’s a funny idea. Where were you when I edited my Mea scupper together. Did I mention in the vid - I recorded several unboxings back to back without the mic running? Maybe I could find the time to have a go and re-edit the others…

I absolutely love this figure, but I have to admit I do have similar struggles getting her to stand on her own. I've worked around it and everything else about the figure is so great, I completely forgive that minor issue. I think you're right though, it does seem to be something to do with the shape of the boots.

It’s always a shame when a fig like this has a gripe like that for me. I’m so pleased with the look, I love the idea of retro for us nostalgia junkies, but I was miffed when I couldn’t recreate some comic panels with Snake Eyes I wanted to try 😔

The figure as a whole is a good one ( Though I did have to steam her head to make it pliable enough for the pony tail to fit correctly), but the implementation of her accessories kinda suck A LOT. so the whole lot are going in a bag. at least they didn't glue the post down on her belt so I can at least shift that quiver out of the way which also doesn't work properly either. Her crossbow is a disaster it falls to pieces at a touch & the stock may as well be made of rubber it is so bendy. So I will likely scare her up a Stalker gun and holster for her right leg and give her a more appropriately sized gun and maybe Helix's swords or a spare Snake Eyes sword. So in short Scarlet is good enough her gear isn't oh and I also had to steam her feet bizarrely too as her toes were bent up like clown shoes and so she couldn't stand but some heat and I was able to straighten her toes down to he feet stand flat & she can actually stand up now..

I'll try that - the standing situation is a head peck. Thank goodness she comes with a foot stand! I'm of a like mind with the accessories. The intent is there, the implementation is not. The fact the arrows don't sit in the quiver properly is a head bender! Overall though its the aesthetic for me, I'm just so glad to be able to make those old Action Force comic scenes I loved as a kid!

I think it's the feet. I generally don't have a problem getting her to stand, but yeah... She has a difficult time standing. I'm pretty sure it's the weird shape of the feet. Too much going on in terms of tread and curve of the foot it's not flat enough to get her to stand nicely in a variety of poses, especially with the pony tails and backpack.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure you’re right. I think her weight balance/centre of gravity is a bit off too. It’s reassuring to know I’m not alone observing it - I can never completely rule out my own stupidity sometime LOL 😂
